The Drug Virgins

I finally finished my short story prequel The Drug Virgins. The first draft was about 15 pages, however, after sending it to my editor she recommended I chop it in half. Though I hate not using something I've written I agreed with her. The second half of the short story repeated the beginning of the book Dancing on the Straight Edge.

The short story was a great way for me to get my feet wet working with an editor, too. She's finessing the first seven chapters of Dancing on the Straight Edge while I try to finish the final scenes. The end is in sight, and it only took ten years!

I hope you enjoy the short story and your first encounter with Cola. Happy reading.

It's not fair that you are making me wait until Spring 2017.

I don't think I can last that long! Seriously though, cant wait to read the rest of your book, it looks brilliant. (I would like to try a pumpkin orange flyer) Ha.

Do keep me posted, I will pre order my copy when you give me the nod.
